1st Annual Make Waves Walk + Water Safety Festival

Arizona's first community walk dedicated to drowning prevention brought together families, community organizations, vendors, and volunteers for an afternoon of education, advocacy, and action.

Highlights:

  • 90+ attendees, volunteers, and vendors

  • Interactive water safety activities

  • CPR demonstrations

  • Life jacket education

  • Community partners from across Arizona

2026 City of Chandler Partnership

In our second consecutive year partnering with the City of Chandler, SWYMBLK helped provide four weeks of free swim lessons and water safety education to more than 60 youth and families.

SWIM1922 Water Safety Event

In partnership with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., SWYMBLK joined families from across the Dallas-Fort Worth area for a day focused on water safety awareness, swim education, and community engagement. Our team provided swim lessons, connected with families, and helped advance the conversation around drowning prevention.
